Tomasz Samofal has worked in the hospitality industry for over 17 years working and has rubbed shoulders with some of the best in the wine and hospitality industries during that time.
He has also worked in "Hatted" Restaurants such as Donovans (Melbourne), Jonah’s (Sydney), Lenzerheide (Adelaide) and Il Centro (Brisbane) and furthermore has managed many restaurants such as Hackney Hotel (Adelaide), Bar Flys (Melbourne) and the Top of the World Revolving Restaurant (Adelaide).
