He has also worked in "Hatted" Restaurants such as Donovans (Melbourne), Jonah’s (Sydney), Lenzerheide (Adelaide) and Il Centro (Brisbane) and furthermore has managed many restaurants such as Hackney Hotel (Adelaide), Bar Flys (Melbourne) and the Top of the World Revolving Restaurant (Adelaide).
